DELIVERY
Your Surfboard Delivery
We cannot take into account adverse weather conditions, postal delays and any other unforeseen circumstances that may delay the arrival of your item therefore our delivery timescales are guidelines only and not guarantees although we work hard to ensure our customers are happy with our service..

UK Standard: £20
EU Standard: £100
Rest of World Standard: £100
Stock boards delivery
Stock Boards are packaged securely and dispatched on the first working day following your order via a reputable courier and should be with you within 5-7 days. We can provide tracking details for your order on request. A signature is required on delivery. Payment for your order will occur when we dispatch your order and you will be sent an email confirming dispatch of your order.
Custom order boards delivery
On placing your Custom Board Order your job is placed in our factory queue and will be shaped and finished for you over the course of four weeks. As with our Stock Boards your order will be packaged securely and dispatched on the first working day your board is finished via a reputable courier and should be with you within a few days from dispatch. A signature is required on delivery. Payment for your order will occur when we begin to shape your board (usually 7-10 days after order) and you will be sent an email confirming this.
OTHER DELIVERY TERMS
Any customs or import duties charged once the parcel has reached its destination must be paid by the recipient. Customs duties vary worldwide, to find out any further information please contact your national customs department.
Delivery to the Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer.
During certain times of the year for example adverse weather conditions, postal delays etc delivery times may vary.
Non delivery of an item
Please contact us via email at [email protected] or via phone on +44 (0)1637 880421 during working hours if your item has not been delivered within 28 days of placing the order. At this time we can then either re-send your item or refund your account.
RETURNS
Your board return
In accordance with distance selling regulations, unwanted products bought online can be returned open within 7 working days from the day after delivery. However, they must include all original packaging, be in as new condition and not used
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you decide to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please call +44 (0)1637 880421 to inform one of our colleagues whether you would like a refund or exchange. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling.
Unfortunately Custom order boards cannot be returned or cancelled once we have started to make the board.
Faulty goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one year of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged from ware are not considered faulty.
Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same colours, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. For all faulty items that sit outside the above Returns Policy, please email [email protected] with a subject line – FAULTY.
